This post is all about me, how I am like, my personality and my loves and hates.
Through this post, I hope that readers (I doubt there are any) will understand more about me, and in turn understand more about my posts. I was born in Changchun, the far north of China, near North Korea and Russia. Since birth, I was a healthy kid, I rarely fall sick and even if it happens once in a blue moon, it would be something minor like a slight cold. At the age of six I came to Singapore, and although I had not much memory of the trip and all, one thing I remembered clearly that it was warm! Especially for someone who came from a really cold place.
Time passed and I was nine, my parents were divorced and my mum lost her job. I had dengue and we were reduced to the last hundred dollars we had, it seemed that it was impossible for us to survive. But somehow we did, and life got better, way better.
We were soon able to afford to buy a HDB apartment, it may not seem much but to the two of us, we bought not just a place to live, but a home. Through the hard times we learnt how to endure, through the easy times we learn to cherish, there may only be two of us, but no matter it is still a family. With this family spirit me and my mother have, I am sure that we will pull through this economic downturn.

As I said before in the previous post, this is a post about me. I have no religion, I think that everyone in this world has the right to believe in something as long as it doesn't hurt any other man. I am very liberal and think that everyone in this world has the right of freedom of speech. And don't think that just because I was born in a communist country doesn't make me a communist. I am a democrat, in fact, when I am 18, I will vote for the democratic party.
Enough with politics, more about me. I am a egoistic person you can say. I am very friendly if you are friendly to me or I think you are a friend worth making, I can be hostile though, if you are irritating me in any way. I can be humorous and funny, sarcastic and irritating, it's just how you treat me how I think of you.
I like music very much. I like listening, singing and making music. I am currently learning the classical guitar and I hope to achieve a 7th grade in two years time. Although I do not have a musical back ground but I am sure that I can and will be at least able to create music and enjoy myself in the process of doing so.
Many people around me hate me and like me, and I think it doesn't really matter, I think you should be able to do something you believe in, and don't care about people's view on it. If you think it's right, then do it. Grasp you life while you can.

Well I was in America, I went to the capital city of America, Washington, District of Columbia.
It was founded on 16 July, 1790. The City of Washington was originally a separate municipality within the Territory of Columbia until an act of the American Congress effectively merged the City and the Territory into a single entity called the District of Columbia. The city itself is very old and has witnessed many events such as the Lincoln assassination. And with tons of museum of rich historical back ground, the city is an ideal place for researches and learning journey.
There are also other famous tourist attractions such as the Lincoln Memorial, the Washington Memorial and the White House. The city itself is a very fair one. Shaped almost into a perfect square, most of the buildings are pretty uniformed in terms of looks due to the fact
that the city was ''planned'' to look that way.
The city has a rich history and with the amount of knowledge she can provide you about America, it is a must go!

Yellow stone

Just a few months back I went to Yellowstone, the first National Park in America. Needless to say, the scenery was beyond words. There were waterfalls, lakes, and mountains, plus, there were sulfur everywhere! The reason how Yellowstone got its name is when the settlers first came here, most of the rock were yellow due to years of ''coloring'' done by the sulfur.
The first few hours we went to look at the sulfurs that ''spilled'' from the volcanic eruptions, they were simply beautiful! They were orange yellow in color, and they were all over the place! Although they look beautiful, but do not be deceived by them, they bear an unbearable stench that can be smelt miles away. We then went to our hotel rooms as it was getting late and everybody was tired after a 4 hour drive in order to reach our destination.
The second day, we went to see the famous water fountains of Yellowstone, they were not as astounding as the ones in Niagara but nonetheless aspiring. All this talking sure make me wanna
go and have a vacation in Yellowstone again, well I guess everything has a next time!

Normally when you see this title you will think of stupid stuff like "I rock! Read my blog'' etc.
But my blog is about some pretty serious stuff that might be interesting for you OR boring which is the case for most teenagers.
This is my first blog and this is actually a school project for English. Yes it sounds pretty weird, right? That's why my language is so formal, and because it is a school project, no vulgarities (try not say any in the first place) on the comments or on the tag board when I put it up. No slang to because that will give me a low grade.
My language will change I guess after the project thing but I do not know whether if I want to continue this blog. I will think about it if I can spare the time for this blog.
